7 bad habits to abandon to be happy



Certain behaviors can slow you down in your route to happiness. We have listed here 7 attitudes that you should probably leave behind.

1. Abandon this need for control

Working, playing sports, seeing friends, moving with kids, being good in your body … Society imposes an ideal of life. To get there, do you tend to want to master everything and calculate? 6. Abandon this need to be occupied

This mania for wanting to be active often reflects a fear of emptiness, which you seek to fill in action. Perhaps you do not have underlying anxieties, but only the irresistible desire to do well and/or be recognized. Being in motion then gives you the impression of being in the iron and the mill and the opportunity to be admired for your achievements. Think about it too …

7. Abandon this desire to please

Your need for validation may reflect a lack of self-confidence that pushes you to claim to be the one you are not. This then forces you to make choices that satisfy your friends, family, colleagues, to the detriment of your own desires. Result: others love you for what you are not 100%. Exercise: Leave room for naturalness, then accept the criticism that the approach could arouse. The only person you need to please is you.
