In the era where female sexuality is released and decomplex, many studies are closely interested in female pleasure. There are some of them.
Women’s favorite practices
A first survey, carried out by us in 2019, revealed what the favorite practices of Belgian women were. Here is the hit that came out:
- Caresses all over the body (10.7%)
- Clitoris caresses (10.5%)
- Small kisses everywhere on the body (10.1%)
- Kisses with the language (9.3%)
- Breast caresses (9.2%)
- Cunnilingus (7.7%)
- Manual stimulation of the vagina (7.6%)
- Look in the eyes (7.3%)
And those they like the least?
- Sodomy (18.6%)
- Ejaculation in the mouth (18.4%)
- Spanking (17.1%)
As many preferences as women
Obviously, desires and needs are diverse and varied: “And this is good news, according to Philippe Kempeneers, psychologist and sexologist at the University of Liège. This means that there is no stereotype and that there are probably as many preferences as there are women.” It also recalls that the erogenous areas of the woman are present everywhere on her body: the breasts, the clitoris, the vagina, the neck … It is therefore up to you to vary the pleasures!
What about solo pleasure?
According to another study carried out in May 2023 for Xlovecam, an X site, by Harris Interactive, specialist in market studies, women remain less inclined to masturbate than men.

Finally, according to a survey conducted by IFOP in February 2024, 39% of women against 55% of men have the impression that they do not make love enough. If women are therefore fewer here to blame more, this figure is however experiencing strong growth. In 1996, only 21% estimate that they did not have a sufficient frequency of sex.
